PROGRAM DETAILS:
8 weeks of exercises, 5 days a week, planned day by day
Targets all areas of the body (upper, lower, booty, abs, etc)
Detailed instructions such as sets, reps, and resting times
Video demonstrations to each exercise making it easy to follow
Workouts last between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours
Can be done at home or in the gym
Beginner friendly, workouts start easier and get harder over the weeks

Two cotton resistance bands, 1 heavy resistance, 1 light resistance
Two latex resistance bands, 1 heavy resistance, 1 light resistance
Two sets of dumbbells, 1 heavy set, 1 light set
