If you're completely new to weight loss and the healthy lifestyle and have no idea where to start or you feel overwhelmed by all of the information on the internet, this is for you!

Lets chat about your goals and find a good place for you to start without getting overwhelmed. We can do a Face time video call or a regular phone call. The choice is yours!

After purchase, you will be sent an email to set up a date and time for the call. Calls last 45 minutes to an hour. You will also be sent a small questionnaire in preparation for the call. I can't wait to talk to you! :)
